You Can Heal Your Life – Louise L. Hay

If you believe your mind and body are connected and that you have power over your own destiny, then you should read this book. If you think you’re not good enough and want to change that belief, by the time you’ve read this book, you’ll unlikely feel that way about yourself anymore.

Rising Strong – Brene Brown

This is a very honest story about what it takes to get back, and how owning your own stories of disappointment, failure and heartbreak gives us power to write a daring new ending. Reading Brene’s book made me believe I could write my own book and I’m now almost finished.

Silence of The Lambs – Thomas Harris

This is about the cannibalistic serial killer Dr. Hannibal Lecter. The book is so much better than the film, even though the film is good. I couldn’t sleep for days after I read this.
