Mindfulness – What is it?

Mindfulness can mean different things to different people. For me, it is about not procrastinating and telling myself ‘I CAN’.

How many times have you told yourself, ‘I’ll go to the gym tomorrow’, ‘I’ll have the day to myself on my next day off’?

However, now is the future you kept promising yourself yesterday, last week, last month… Now is the only moment you’ll ever really have. Mindfulness is about waking up to this and becoming fully aware of the life you’ve got, rather than the life you wish you had.
