When I worked in an office I worked on the 4th floor and never once got the lift, but I would hear colleagues complaining about putting on weight and they would always use the lift, even if they worked on the 1st floor. These small steps, whether you’re in a shopping mall, office, multi-story car-park, or hotel can all make a difference. There will be times where it will not be possible and there will be people reading this who will be saying that, but most of you can incorporate this into your daily routine and you can start TODAY.
