Why are Goals important?
Realising the importance of big goals became my passion when I recovered from corporate burnout in 2013.
At that time in my life I wasn’t happy, I wasn’t looking after myself and I had no self-worth.
I started off with setting small, specific and achievable goals and as I started to achieve these, I went bigger. When I realised dreams could happen and the feeling of self-satisfaction when I achieved what I had set out to do, nothing was stopping me.
In 2017, following a life-changing accident I was told there would be certain things I would never do again. But, I set myself goals to break through the barriers and achieved the unexpected, which I did. I learnt to ski, became an Ironman Triathlete and completely changed my career.
It wasn’t always easy and I definitely hit stumbling blocks along the way, but I wasn’t going to give up.
I now feel like I’m me for the first time in my life.
You need to be brave, take risks and push yourself past your comfort zone sometimes. Most of all have fun!
If I can do it, so can you and I can show you how with my Recover, Identify and Transform Programme.
Why do you need support?
Big goals require big support.
If you’re reading this and you’re stuck in a rut, it’s likely that you need someone to push you past your comfort zone, but someone who can inspire you and has your back the whole way.
I will motivate you, support you and encourage you to get the results you want, whether it is completing your first marathon, losing weight, changing career, or believing in yourself.
