Ideas for this weekend
I used to feel guilty about spending time on myself when it came to the weekend, but if you prioritise your week a little better, like I have recommended in some of my previous blogs, when it comes to the weekend you should pamper yourself a little.

We all have busy lives whatever we do, so when it comes to the weekend, take some time out for yourself at some point and do one of my favourite things, which is to take a bubble bath.
A bubble bath really helps you to unwind and release any stress and tension that has built up over the week. I hear so many people say they don’t have the time, but you can make the time to take an hour out of your whole weekend for this.
To make this even more enjoyable and luxurious, dim the lights, light some candles, pour a glass of bubbles for yourself and play some chill out music, and empty your mind of any negative thoughts. Live in the moment for that hour. You will feel so much better for it.
