I like to end the week on a humerous note, especially if anyone reading my blogs have had any stress this week. These may bring a smile to your face.
The top six foods that make you fart are beans, corn, bell peppers, cauliflower, cabbage and milk.
It’s probably best you avoid eating any of these if you’re going on a date!
On the more serious note, processed foods will also make you fart, because they are harder to digest and when we’re stressed we tend to stop being so healthy and eat more processed foods
