How Are You?

How many of you had the word ‘fine’, or ‘busy’ come in to your head first?

What does fine really mean?

What can you do to change your life from being busy?

Start off your day with a simple meditation. Whatever you’re doing right now, just stop and be aware of your breath. Where can you feel it? In your face… In your stomach…In your chest…? Just pause for a couple of minutes and slow down.
