Change Your Habit
Over the weekend, notice which chairs you sit on at home, in a bar, or cafe, on public transport, in your spin class, at work, or where you sit or stand in your fitness class.
Do you always go for the same place?
Make a deliberate choice to sit on another chair/seat, use a different bike, stand in a different area of your fitness class.
Notice how you feel. Does your perspective change? How do you feel? Do you notice anything different?
We can all become creatures of habit and there is nothing wrong with this, but when we do things on automatic pilot we can stop noticing things.
