How Do You Feel About Today?

Many of us get to the end of the week and feel a sense of relief and for many of us it will be the first full week back in work after Christmas and New Year.

However, rather than feeling a sense of relief, think about what you’ve achieved today, your wins, the positive things that have happened.

I feel content, satisfied and excited about my future after today.

I started my day with a client, who has been coming to see me for almost a year. She set herself goals at the beginning of 2019 that she didn’t think were possible, but with my support smashed every single one of them by the end of the year.

I took my dog for a long walk in the beautiful winter sunshine, sat on the beach and did some meditation.

I also had a long overdue conversation with someone I connected with on LinkedIn and I’m very excited about the future – watch this space!

This evening, I’m really looking forward to chilling out with my family with a movie.
