What Can You Do To Boost Your Confidence?

There are many things that can cause us to have low self-esteem and damage our confidence, such as rejection, problems at work, ill health and our own self-doubt in telling ourselves that we are not good enough.

One way to boost your confidence is to have a well-defined vision of where you want to be. What do you REALLY want? What would the PAIN of not achieving that vision feel like?
