How Are You Working Towards Your Future?

When I started working as a Coach I designed my own set of SMART goals.

B – Brave

I – Identify

O – Obtainable/Timely

N – Necessary

I – I

C – Can

Based on this model I set myself a vision for my future, wrote it down. I know I will obtain this goal and I have also set myself daily and weekly tasks to work towards it. I keep telling myself ‘I Can’, so that I don’t procrastinate and this also keeps me very positive.
