How Are you Kind?

For me there are two ways of being kind.

The first is being kind to others, considerate and friendly. I like to think I do this. I’m good at reading people, stopping what I’m doing and helping them if they need me. Say one Kind Word to someone today – it could change their entire day.

The second is being kind to yourself. There’s nothing selfish about putting yourself first sometimes. If you’re kind to yourself you’ll become happier, healthier and more energised and everyone else around you will benefit from this too.
